Information You Submit
A name, telephone number, or address entered in a search form is sent to the outside provider that delivers the results. Our servers do not retain a copy of those searches. If you contact us, we receive the information in your message and use it only to respond.
Automatic Technical Data
Our host may log an IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and time of visit. We review such information in aggregate for site operation and usage patterns. Cookies or similar tools can support basic analytics and, where appropriate, advertising measurement.
How We Use Data
The limited information supports operation, troubleshooting, traffic measurement, and page improvements. We do not sell a visitor list or create individual visitor profiles.
External Websites
West Chester Township and Butler County portals, Ohio record services, libraries, archives, and search providers have their own privacy rules. Their rules govern information submitted on those services, including sponsored-result tools.
Who May Process Data
Hosting and support providers process the technical logs needed to operate the service. Analytics or advertising partners can receive the automatic data described above. We disclose information only when valid legal process requires it.
Safeguards
The service uses an encrypted connection, and logs are retained only for the operational purposes described here. Because it has no accounts, it does not maintain visitor passwords or account profiles.
Visitors Under 18
This service is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. Contact us if you believe a minor supplied information, and it will be removed.
Your Information Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data a website retains. Ohio does not supply a general consumer-privacy statute cited in the project research; records access is governed separately by the Ohio Public Records Act, ORC 149.43. Because we retain very little, requests usually concern the contact mailbox or server logs. Use the Contact page. Government-held records are controlled by their own custodian and must be addressed there.
